01 / FIND COMPANY

Discover nearby activities

Use the app’s map and check-ins to connect around a coffee, a walk, or another sober activity.

02 / MAKE PLANS

Bring people together

Create gatherings and connect with people who want to share the experience. Meet in public venues.

03 / STAY CONNECTED

Find your community

Connect through groups, community conversations, and messaging as friendships grow.

A shared lifestyle.
A place to belong.

You don’t need a perfect story to make a new friend. SoberHands is built around what you want to do together, and the life you’re choosing today.

Friendship comes first

A space for community and activities, with no hookup focus.

Meet in public

Choose public venues, respect boundaries, and use your judgment when meeting someone new.

Your story is yours

Share only what you’re comfortable sharing with the community.
